KEOSAUQUA — A rural Van Buren County resident is running for the Iowa House of Representatives.
Tom O’Donnell is seeking the House District 87 seat, which includes Van Buren County and parts of Henry and Jefferson counties, including Mount Pleasant and Fairfield.
O’Donnell said he is running to protect rural communities and address rising costs, education, health care, economic development and natural resources across the district.
